I have made alot of decisions in my life, some good and some bad. Out of all the decisions I have made, the ones I make with the most resistance and hesitation are job changes.
When I moved to Arizona and made a career switch to real estate I interviewed with several different brokerages and offices. I wanted to be sure I would make the right choice and landed with a company that would afford me the training and expertise to succeed in my new career.
I stayed with that big name brokerage for 3 years and with alot of hesitation, two years ago today, I decided to switch brokerages and hang my license with Thompson’s Realty. Looking back and reflecting today I can say with absolute certainty that it is one of the best decisions I have made in my adult life.
I want to thank my brokers, Jay and Francy Thompson for taking a chance on me and offering me the opportunity to work with the “best darn brokerage on the planet!”
I am looking forward to many more years with them.
Michele – I remember meeting you for the first time and talking about our vision for the brokerage. We could tell you were a little hesitant about moving to a boutique brokerage but loved that we were not afraid to do the right thing. Jay and I knew right away that you would be a great fit. You’re a true professional and you honestly care about the needs of your clients.
