Fannie & Freddie suspend foreclosure evictions during holiday season

Late last week Fannie Mae and Freddie Mae announced that they are suspending foreclosure evictions for occupied properties from December 19th, 2009 to January 3rd, 2010.

Citigroup  also announced they will halt foreclosures and evictions for a 30-day period to help out 4,000 borrowers during the holidays.
