I received an e-mail from Sandra DiCosmo, Account Manager, with First American Title to notify me and spread the word about an upcoming event, “The Homeowner’s Survival Event”.
This event is intended to educate distressed homeowners about their options and to provide assistance to them. This event will NOT be used as an opportunity to promote the services of any for profit organization, but is a community assistance event.
There will be counselors on site from Take Charge America at the event. In addition there will be workshops/seminars on adjustable rate loans, foreclosure, evictions, short sales, scams, tax implications, 2nd mortgages and credit impact. They ask that you bring the most recent copies of your loans documents with you, i.e.; Note, Truth In Lending Statements and anything else you may have available.
Who: The event was organized by the Arizona State Escrow Association, Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association, The Arizona Association of Mortgage Professionals and the Better Business Bureau.
