Every month my marketing rep, Maggie Clark, from Equity Title sends out a market update. The December numbers have been published. Here are some of the highlights:
- There was a 28% increase in the number of sales from December 2008 to December 2009.
- 2009 Total Sales for ALL dwelling types in Maricopa County: 92,604 units. This was a 33% increase over 2008.
- 93% of the sales in 2009 were for homes priced under $400,000.
