Upon the recommendation of one of our neighbors who recently purchased property in Scottsdale, we approached Thompson’s Realty to provide us with an agent to assist us in the search for a second home.Our good fortune drew us to Michele Guss at Easter 2010 while on vacation in Mesa.
Right from the beginning, Michele worked long and hard to locate the perfect second home for us.Not only did she locate and show many homes over the intensive three day search, Michele quickly learned our standards with respect to our numerous criteria.Furthermore, she was our dedicated chauffeur.Because we were limited for time, we left Mesa unsuccessful but felt comfortable knowing that Michele clearly understood our parameters.
Between Easter 2010 and Easter 2011, Michele was always open to our emails and phone calls, guiding and educating us on the amenities of the various communities in which we expressed interest.During our second three day intensive search, we became much clearer on where we would and would not wish to have a second home.Upon returning home, we continued to peruse the portal Michele had set up for us.We even managed to locate and put in an offer on one home that showed promise but realized, in the end, after all Michele’s time and effort on the essential paperwork, that this home was not going to be the one.
Again, in the interim, we kept in constant communication with Michele.All of our questions and queries she fielded with ease.Finally, just after Christmas 2011, a very interesting home popped up on our portal.We were on vacation in Mexico at the time but approached Michele via email and set the wheels in motion.She went out of her way to take additional pictures of the property since we were unavailable to travel to Arizona at the time. With her knowledge, expertise, and never-ending energy, Michele guided us through the offer and purchase process without a hitch.Consequently, we have not only been able to purchase the home of our dreams, but feel we have also forged a friendship with Michele.She truly is Real Estate Agent Extraordinaire!

10.June.11 I have met Michele few months ago while I was looking to buy a house for investment in Gilbert Arizona. I have worked with many real estate agents (in few countries) in my carrier but Michele came out to be the best. She is honest, hard working and most of all very knowledgeable that is willing to put anything to find the right house for her client. Nothing will stop her from searching over a long period of time (In my case 4 month).
If you are looking for a real estate agent that will walk you trough the process of searching to buying she is the one.I strongly recommend Michele to any home buyer who is looking to buy a home to live in or for investment.

Working with Michele was a demonstration for me in what every agent should offer. She is professional, honest, tireless, astute, friendly, open, helpful, and willing to always go the extra mile to help a client find a home or investment property. She really knows her field, and she is great at helping her buyers and sellers understand all the things they really need to understand when it comes to buying and selling real property in Arizona. I know this because she is my agent and the agent of many people to whom I have referred her! Nobody EVER walks away with anything other than the best things to say about her as their agent, and that says it all!

Michele Guss is the most incredible realtor a person can have.She is always available to answer our many questions, day and night. Michele has held our hand, like she promised she would, for this entire process. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. Michele has done way more for us than she is required to do. She went over documents with us on paper, just to give us the style of documents we preferred–even though it would have been quicker on the computer! Michele is outstanding in her attention to detail. She has taught us the entire process of possibly buying a home through short-sale, along with helping us to understand the requirements we needed to perform. Again, going well-above her bounds of duty. If we ever look for a home even years from now, we will definitely contact her again. Michele has a fun, friendly and approachable personality.And she is one of the hardest working employees we’ve ever met. We really doubt that anyone could find a better realtor than Michele!

I cannot say enough good things about our realtor, Michele Guss. Finding a “snowbird” home was easy with Michele. No matter what our schedule, she accomodated. She found listings in any area we asked for in the criteria we were interested in. Michele travelled many miles to accomplish that for us. She is honest, which is super important for us, always provided all the information (and more) that we requested or needed. Her attention to detail is superb. Top all this off with a professional but fun and friendly persona, and you get a top-notch real estate agent. We really lucked out when we got her as our agent. She is a true professional and has become a good friend during this whole process. There aren’t enough kudos for her!

You are so fortunate to have a realtor the caliber of Michele. We have been working with her since Nov. 2009 and I can’t sing her praises enough. She travels many miles, doesn’t let a thing slip by her, follows up constantly to make sure everything flows in a timely manner, and just gets the job done. Its a shame that she can’t receive extra monies from the home that we are purchasing in Surprise at Arizona Traditions since she made a fast trip there the 1st day it was listed to take pixs of the inside of the house since the listing agent only posted one pix of the outside of the house. He eventually posted more, but after the fact. Michele constantly puts herself out there for her clients no matter the cost to herself and she gets the job done. What a gal!
